Who We Are

Sompa Africa is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing through community-based services, advocacy, education, and empowerment. We work with vulnerable groups, youth, women, and underprivileged communities to ensure that everyone has access to compassionate, rights-based mental health care and support.

What We Do

Why our work matters

Mental health challenges are rising, and millions of Ghanaians lack access to care. Many individuals face stigma, abuse, and exclusion. We exist to change this narrative — through awareness, services, and empowerment.
